Sreemathi Ramnath is a polyglot consultant and writer who bridges the worlds of corporate leadership and regional literature. By day, she is the CEO of Immer Besser Consultancy and the founding President of SIETAR India, advising business houses across India, Europe, and Southeast Asia. However, her roots lie deep in Telugu literature. A committee member of the Telugu Progressive Writers’ Association since the mid-1970s, Sreemathi has authored numerous monographs on Telugu novelists and poets. She is a familiar face and voice in the media, having served as the first Telugu anchor for Chennai Doordarshan and a long-time panellist for the Films Division of India and All India Radio. Recently, she was honoured by the Andhra Pradesh government for her efforts in propagating Telugu heritage outside of Andhra Pradesh. Additionally, she is a respected German language educator who has led seminars in Munich, Vietnam, and India, and co-authored textbooks on curriculum design.
